Hunter Prelude offers a best practice approach to supporting you and your child. Your Family are valued members of the team, and are involved in all aspects of what we do. We collaborate, share information, responsibilities, plan, implement and evaluate with you and with each other to provide well-coordinated supports to you and your child.

This way of working is described as Transdisciplinary practice.

One professional is chosen as the Key Worker (or Primary Service Provider) for your family and acts as the contact and communication point for the expertise of the team. Staff with other skills and expertise will work with your child and family as required. The full team remains involved, and the Key Worker reports back to the team constantly.
